Hi chiefwiz,
You have not provided enough info to determine what is causing the problem. Winamp is able to make an error report for most crashes, if you installed the necessary components. Look in the General Preferences - Error Feedback (last item in the list on the left) tab for the folder location and name of this report. Use the advanced reply editor to attach the report zip file to a post. If Winamp was not able to make a error report, then use the procedure described in the following link. http://forums.winamp.com/showpost.ph...86&postcount=6 Both error reports are helpful in some cases. Your problem may be caused by non-official (3rd party) components. Use Koopa's Winamp Info Tool (link below) to make an extended report of your Winamp configuration and attach this txt or html file to a post. http://forums.winamp.com/showthread.php?t=328932 Finally, time is running out on this website. AOL has announced it will be shutdown on Dec 20, 2013. I suggest you join the site (link below) that has been set up to try to carry on support for Winamp. http://winampforum.com/index.php Windows 10 Home 64-bit v21H2 desktop - Logitech Z906 5.1 speaker system |
