64bit Winamp?

is there a 64bit version of Winamp out there?

This has been discussed a lot in the past, and the answer is usually "Why?" Winamp works just fine as a 32-bit program and there's really no improvement for it to move to 64-bit. I think the only thing that might benefit is transcoding, but not by that much.
