How do I install plug-ins?

Hey. I want to download http://www.winamp.com/plugin/repeatone/84388 <------this plug-in but I have no idea how. It keeps saying that it couldn't open it for writing. HELP!!

Are you using Windows7 or Vista. If so it could be that Vista/Win7 security restrictions is preventing the installer from writing to Winamp's folder. Regardless, that plug-in is not longer needed, as Winamp 5 has a repeat one function.
