Modern Skins Problem

Okay, I just updated to Winamp 5.601 (non-Pro) and since then the Modern Skins do not work anymore.
The Skins Section in the settings window does not even have a modern skins section anymore.
I did not update to get a feature castrated away from me that I had since the early days of Winamp 3, what gives ?

oh jeezus, forget what I said... it was a misconfiguration during setup.
