Halt shutdown?

Any Windows guru out there who knows if it possible to set Windows to halt shutdown when a dialog pops up?

When I shutdown Windows a dialog pops up for a fraction of a second before Windows winks out and obviously I have no time to read what it says...

You don't happen to have the latest version of winamp running at the time when you shut down do you?

Basically it's the SHOUTcast wire plugin screwing up, thankfully it's fixed in 5.11

Oooh...maybe it isn't me then :P I was actually debugging my Dynamic Library plugin which caused a similar bug but maybe this last thing is something else...

@Mr Jones: instead of shutting down or rebooting you should experience the same thing when Logging out too, no?

Not sure, never tried it logging out, the problem was really on my laptop at home where I shut down every time I finished using it, my desktop at work I always put into standby on a night.

Anyhow, I'm using 5.11 now anyhow so the problem went away for me , it's listed on the 'bugs fixed' list
