Opportunity for Winamp - Apple screwed up

When Apple removed the 5 star track rating in iOS 10 (and there are hints they're planning on removing it from Mac OS iTunes in future and probably across the ecosystem) they may have created an opportunity for competing products like Winamp.

For it to be viable though there would have to be mobile versions of Winamp (Android & iOS support should be good enough to start).

So, I'm hoping the new Winamp project has this in mind. I would pay for an iOS version of Winamp that supported 5 star rating of music with smart playlists and custom song tagging.
