Loss of standard Ipod/Itunes playlists

Hi Guys,

My problem is that I recently sync'd my Ipos classic with winamp instead of Itunes. Great. I have loads of playlists that I have created myself but the original playlists that Itunes created have disappeared. I'm not bothered about the "recently played" playlist and other like it, but I had over 3000 songs in the "favourites" playlist. Does anyone have an idea of how to get back this playlist?
