Revenue report dashboard

I have activated the monetization 10 days ago, my DNAS server is version 2.6.0.749. Today my dashboard revenue report on Targetspot has not been updated for about 8 hours, but I can see from the DNAS logs that the ads are sent to the listeners. Is there a technical problem or have I been excluded from monetization?

Yes, the advertisements are broadcaster on my radio station.
Now in Italy it is 6:45 pm and the report is stopped at 6:00 am. But only to me!?

So, today, you too have the same problem in Germany, then surely there will be a technical problem on their part.
I've been doing web radio from Italy since 2002, but I've never monetized my station. I really hope that the opportunity I have with Shoutcast will bring me great satisfaction.

I am now describing my problems.
The targetspot interface does not work. As of 7:00, no more results will be displayed. Country: Germany.

In addition, almost none of my listeners receive advertisements. Out of 20 viewers, only 4 people receive advertising.

Am I the only one?

Hi,
no you are not the only one, in fact, today, after some triggers the advertising have reached dozens of listeners while other times only a couple but with same levels of listening of my station (130 - 140 viewers). In short, the replacement I think works well. However, stats are not updated, I only hope that the data will not be lost when the dashboard returns to work. Now I wait!

I have a question about the targetpot monetization panel. For some time only the allocations and requests are displayed in the graph, but not the Impressions. And even the orange curve Gross CPM is no longer present. In fact, the ads are no longer included in my programming. Is it due to a technical problem? Or are there not currently announcements to be sent?

Ciao Massimo da un po di giorni targetspot non funziona bene (non si vedono i ricavi...sono uguali per tutte le nazioni e non è per niente normale),ma ti posso garantire che gli spot almeno nel mio caso stanno funzionando (ne ho sentito uno in italiano proprio ora). Sperimao che rimettano tutto a posto al piu presto. Ciao Marco

grazie per la risposta. Io ormai da oltre una settimana non ho più spot, peccato perché funzionava tutto bene e credevo di poter monetizzare la radio grazie a Targetspot. Ma non è affatto così! Ad ogni modo spero anche io che torni tutto a posto.

Ciao, ti posso assicurare che anche se in ritardo pagano, io fino ad ora ho incassato (dopo i primi 4 mesi) i miei primi 120 euro, ora pero come ti ho detto non sta funzionando bene ed infatti (a parte) il malfunzionamento di targetspot ho notato un notevole calo nei guadagni nonostante abbia in media lo stesso numero di ascoltatori...boooh Ciao

Hi everyone, I don't know what they're doing but it's a bit messy those last days.
Support doesn't answer as well, I'm having authhash issues with some stations for a month.
The beginning of the year is very cool yeah !
