System tray icon not restored if explorer crashes
This works best on Windows NT-based machines.
1) Start Winamp. 2) Put Winamp in the system tray. 3) Press control-shift-escape to bring up task manager, hit processes tab, and end all instances of explorer.exe. 4) Go to File->New Task, and type "explorer". If Winamp is hidden on the screen, it is now inaccessible cuz the tray icon doesn't restore itself. |

sawg: Sorry, yes, it is Windows thing, but it is up to programmer to detect (windows sends an event) of Explorer restart and accordingly to recreate the icon.

It would be nice if Microsoft would have made it so their own programs showed back in explorer after it crashed!
