5.51: Installer always installs video support

I'm having trouble with my web browser opening file formats in Winamp that it shouldn't. However, this is only important as back story.

My actual problem is this:
When I installed Winamp 5.51, I disabled video support.

So, imagine my surprise when Opera opened Winamp and started playing an ASF video stream in it.

This problem is repeatable; I uninstalled Winamp completely and deleted the plugin directory that was left behind, then reinstalled it, then followed the same link in Opera, which began playing in Winamp.

The actual video player/window is built into winamp.exe

Go to: Winamp -> Prefs -> Plugins -> Input:
Nullsoft Windows Media Decoder (in_wm) -> config:

and if they're present, remove WMV & ASF from the Extension List

It's up to you if you also want to remove support for the MMS:// protocols

ASX Playlist support is also built into winamp.exe

Make sure ASX isn't selected in: Winamp -> Prefs -> File Types

If the problem persists, then I'm not familiar with the Opera browser, but can only assume that you need to configure it accordingly so that Winamp isn't set as the default ASX, ASF, WMV & mms:// handler...?
