What is metadata.radionomy.net and why is it connected to my SC server?

178.33.231.122 (metadata.radionomy.net) stays connected to my SC server all day long. It then disconnects at certain random times. When I kick it, it reconnects immediately. The client says Icecast 2.3.3-kh8. It has been connecting for several months.

What is the purpose of this and why does it stay connected to my stream all day long? It is driving up my TLH.

Probably a relay.

They are a "free" provider. You didn't register with them? They shouldn't be restreaming you if you're not registered with them.
