My radio station is not in the Shoutcast list

My radio station is NJH Radio and the IP is

http://216.246.23.112:8000/stream

I use centovacast server v3 and the option public is always, and everything works well, so I don't understand why is not in the list.

Is there any way to add manually?

you need to check the DNAS server logs for the error it is reporting (or at least check the admin page which will give a clear description of the YP error code).
