Qwest Modem and NetGear Router - No listeners

Hi all:
I used Comcast cable before and my shoutcast worked fine. Recently I changed my Internet provider to Qwest DSL, and I have done everything that I could such as portforwarding and reading posts here, ect. However, no listeners can connect to my radio. My Shoutcast log file seems working ok. No error is found.

Do you have any ideas what went wrong?
my radio links are:
MP3 coder.

ACC+ coder only.

your helps are appreciated.

Server Status: Server is currently up and public.
Stream Status: Stream is up at 24 kbps with 0 of 50 listeners (0 unique)
Listener Peak: 1
Average Listen Time: 2m 06s
Stream Title: PTQN
Content Type: audio/mpeg
Stream Genre: Vietnamese Music
Stream URL: http://www.ptqn.com
Stream AIM: ptqnradio
Stream IRC: #shoutcast
Current Song: Yen Vy - Chieu Do Hau Giang

You're public, but your DNS isn't working right.

ID=55328, QR=Response, Opcode=QUERY, RCODE=NAME ERROR
Authoritative Answer=No, Truncation=No
Recursion Desired=Yes, Recursion Available=Yes
Name=ptqn.selfip.com, QTYPE=A, QCLASS=1
Authority Records Section:
- Name=selfip.com
Type=SOA, Class=1, TTL=1710 (28 Minutes 30 Seconds), RDLENGTH=56
Name Server=ns1.dyndns.org, Mailbox=hostmaster.dyndns.com
Refresh=10800 (3 Hours)
Retry=1800 (30 Minutes)
Expire=604800 (7 Days)
Minimum TTL=810 (13 Minutes 30 Seconds)
That would seem to be the issue - so whatever "selfip.com" is, it doesn't appear to be working for you.

Here is my dynamic IP:
I use DYNDNS.com for my Static IP thing. I have just created a new account with DYNDNS and the host is ptqn.dyndns.org.

So my links are: http://ptqn.dyndns.org:8000/listen.pls
or direct connect to my IP address:

I think I have done what I did before, and there is still no one connects to my radio.

At this point I have no clue what to do next.

Please give me an advice.
