if you already have something set for the 'streamauthhash' values then that will not show the 'create authhash' button. all i can suggest is to remove any streamauthhash lines from the configuration, restart the DNAS and then attempt to create an authhash again.

additionally, if you have an authhash issue, the DNAS will be reporting it in it's log output.

you just need to remove the whole streamauthhash line so that there are no references to it when searched through.

you don't have to create an account or get a key to register a stream in the Directory using the v2 DNAS.

there's a typo with publicserver=allways which should be publicserver=always (only one L).

you don't have a source connected. other than that, you're not giving me much to work with - the config is fine, so is it just that you cannot find the option to create an authhash or something else? i need clarification as at the moment, without a source everything looks correct.

will you stop quoting the config file and saying it doesn't work when you are not providing any useful information as has been asked for 2 times for how you are not able to create it (that makes me depressed having to repeat myself!).

so answer my question of HOW EXACTLY YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO CREATE AN AUTHHASH? and that must include EXACTLY what you have done and what page(s) you are accessing in the DNAS to attempt to do it and at what stage during http://wiki.winamp.com/wiki/SHOUTcas...ash_Management it is not working (and don't just say "it's not working" again as i'm not in the mood for time wasting).

otherwise if you do not provide what is being asked for then you are going to be out of luck with getting any official help as i'm not going to ask again for clarification again (as it's just wasting my time).

and with that, i will check back on this thread on monday.
