Who are the new developers?

Now that Radionomy has acquired Nullsoft/SHOUTcast, who's going to be developing it? Is it going to be the same people, just from a different payroll account, or is it going to be a new team/person already on Radionomy staff, or a new Radionomy hireling/group?

The forums look really plain without all the AOL ads and stuff. Weird...

I'm sure they'll get their own ads in here soon. It does look strangely spartan though I'm just grateful that they kept the forums as is. Would be a shame to lose 13 years of history...

I'm surprised that the main winamp.com and shoutcast.com pages still advertise AOL but that they change the forums.

My guess would be that they're working on a new design for (at least) the front pages because they were created by AOL and they want to integrate their business in them. (fow winamp.com, right now the online streams are all the way at the bottom)

It's the weekend... and a holiday weekend in the US as well. There is a lot of work to get done by the new owners... on the SHOUTcast side, I'm sure both AOL and Radionomy are doing absolutely everything they can to make sure there is as little interruption as possible.

OMG, I just noticed the lack of annoying AOL logos everywhere.

All I see so far of interest is:

This is something that's been so sorely needed it's not funny. For a few years I was part of the Microsoft ad network and it generated substantial amounts of money..however Microsoft never gave any dedication to the program and it eventually failed and got dropped.

Word is Winamp/Shoutcast was still generating millions of dollars even though they basically let it wither on the vine for years while competitors bypassed them and the internet radio field became dominated by corporations. Would be nice if someone came along and took it seriously again.
