MAN HAS LIBRARIAN "CHECK-OUT" MORE THAN HIS BOOKS
David Tuthill gave two Ohio librarians more than a library card while waiting to check out books November 5th. Authorities in Chardon, Ohio say Tuthill also gave the two female workers a peek at his genitals when he lifted his shirt...not once...but twice. The flasher left, but workers managed to copy the license plate number of his car. They also had his name from the library card he had just used. Monday, the 49 year-old Tuthill pleaded innocent to public indecency and told cops he lifted his shirt to show off his stomach.

SEX CHANGE PATIENT COCK-SURE OPERATION WAS BOTCHED
Jonna DiRito is suing her hospital and doctors in Sioux Falls, South Dakota for botching a sex-change operation. Jonna used to go by the name John DiRito. In the malpractice suit, she claims the doctor didn' do the surgery right-using only a local anesthetic. Through the whole thing, Jonna screamed in total agony. It took two emergency room orderlies to hold him down. Even worse, Jonna says the doctor didn't remove everything down there. She's got a couple of "remnants" in her crotch. the suit is seeking a large amount of money for Jonna and her wife, Sheri. Sheri has remained married to John-or-Jonna through the entire ordeal and is seeking damages for "emotional pain and suffering."

"DIRK DANGLER"
The "Bobbitt" thing has happened again. A jealous woman attacked her boyfriend because she thought he was cheating on her. The woman grabbed a large butcher's knife from the kitchen and went after her sleeping boyfriend's unit. Police say it wasn't cut all the way off, but it was pretty close. The guy's best friend joked, "We'll never again ask him, 'How's it hangin'?'" The woman obviously got more than one stab at it. The 42 year-old guy also has three major cuts just below his manhood. As he lay there screaming, his 36 year-old girlfriend shouted at him, "you're going to die a eunuch and burn in hell." He was still squirming in agony when she lunged at his throat and tried to choke him to death.

MASHED POTATO MURDER PLOT SQUASHED
A Pennsylvania woman was sentenced to 4-1/2 to 10 years in jail Monday for plotting to kill her husband with poisoned mashed potatoes. Heather Miller of Doylestown testified that she and a neighbor developed the murder plot, but she backed out before it was carried out. Prosecutors say the 26-year-old Miller would've carried out the scheme if she had not been arrested. Miller had told two friends about the plot and they wore a hidden wire to help police get enough evidence to make an arrest. Heather was openly affectionate with her husband during the trial and 32- year-old Kevin Miller said last month the murder plot was just, quote, "a domestic situation that got totally out of hand."

DEATH BY CHIVAS
A University of Michigan student celebrated his 21st and last birthday this past weekend by drinking 20 shots of scotch in ten minutes. Byung Soo Kim was celebrating his birthday with friends Friday night and was trying to do a shot for every year of his life, but passed out after downing the 20th. The friends put him in a bedroom and discovered him blue and unconscious an hour later. He died at a local hospital with a blood-alcohol level of 0.39-percent, nearly four times the legal limit. Police in Ann Arbor say there's no crime to investigate because Soo Kim was 21 and legally purchased the liquor himself.

DRUNK SUES CITY FOR LETTING HIM DRIVE DRUNK
A 16-year-old driver has filed a lawsuit against the city of Brandenton, Florida, for not arresting him for drunk driving moments before he got into a car accident. Police went to a home around 1 a.m. on February 9, 1999 and found Richard Garcia climbing into a girl's bedroom window with her permission, but not her stepfather's. Garcia's attorney says his client was obviously drunk and had open cans of beer in his car, but the police officers escorted him to the vehicle and let him drive away. Garcia crashed into a tree a few minutes later, rupturing his aorta. Garcia's blood-alcohol level was double the legal limit for adults and nearly ten times the limit for minors. He pleaded guilty to drunken driving and was placed on probation for one year. Garcia and his mother say medical bills are nearly $100,000 and they are seeking damages.

HEY...IF THE SHOE FITS...
Desperate woman gets stuck in dog flap A Kent woman has been rescued by firemen after getting stuck in a dog flap. The 31-year-old managed to squeeze the top half of her body through the dog flap after losing her house keys, but the bottom half of her body proved to be more tricky and a friend called 999 for assistance. The pair were dog-sitting for friends in Birchington and had just returned from a late night party. Sub-officer from Westgate fire station Dave Coker said: "We tried pushing on her backside and pulling her by the thighs but we couldn't budge her. In the end we had to take out the complete plastic frame and cut her free." He added: "I don't know what possessed her try to get through a gap that was clearly far too small . . . She was pretty cold and embarrassed." Another fireman said: "In 22 years in the fire service I have never seen anything like it. The girl was very well-endowed, but had managed to get the whole of her upper body into the conservatory as far as her bare midriff before getting stuck." After the rescue she explained she was desperate to get into the house because the terriers inside had been barking loudly.

HEY...WHAT HAPPENED TO THE NIGHTSTICK???
An inspector investigating allegations that his officers helped film a woman naked on their patrol car will not discipline them because the video has been destroyed. Inspector Lex Denby, of Hamilton police in New Zealand, said the woman and the cameraman destroyed the video because of the problems it had caused. He added: "Unfortunately, that means I have not been able to view it." The film was supposed to be an entry for a TV competition that gave free concert tickets for the best footage of people appearing nude in public. Insp Denby said the woman featured in the video had been drunk when she was filmed. He told the New Zealand Press Association: "She was also remorseful she'd dragged the police officers into it and that I was now breathing down their necks."

AFTER CRUCIFIXION BY SON, MOM HAS TOUGH TIME HOLDING M&M's
A 77-year-old Romanian woman has been nailed to her bed by her son to punish her for her constant nagging. Sandor Csaszar, from Covaszna, pinned his mother to the bed with six-inch nails through each of her feet and hands - and then went to the pub. The woman was rescued when neighbours heard her screams of pain.

WHAT A LAST SUPPER
Well, even though George W. Bush's political future is still unclear, the show must go on in Texas. Namely, executions. Texas put to death its 35th death row inmate last night, a Mexican citizen who was found guilty of raping and murdering a college student in 1989. Mexico and other countries tried to stop the execution of Miguel Flores by maintaining that Texas failed to let Flores know he had the right to contact the Mexican consulate at the time of his arrest. They argued proper representation might have saved his life. Yet, Governor Bush refused to grant a reprieve, saying that all the courts upheld Flores' conviction and sentence. Before he was executed by lethal injection, Flores ordered a last meal of six enchiladas, Spanish rice, a bowl of jalapeno peppers, French fries, a cheeseburger, a bowl of hot sauce, four quesadillas, a banana split and three Dr. Peppers.

A LITTLE HEAD NEVER HURT ANYBODY
A postman in Britain is on trial for killing his wife and cooking her head. Roger Frisby and his wife June were married six years ago and at first, life was pretty good. But Frisby said his wife soon started drinking heavily and became violent. One day 15 months ago, she walked out on Frisby and their two daughters. At least that's what he told June's sister. But the story unraveled after a dog recently unearthed June Frisby's skull near a golf course. Frisby confessed to police that he struck his wife in the head with a hammer after she allegedly kicked one of their daughters. After she died, Frisby cooked his wife's head, hands and feet in an oven and dumped the body parts all over England. Parts of June Frisby where tossed over the White Cliffs of Dover, her torso was thrown in a river and the skull you know about. Frisby denies committing murder but admits manslaughter.

SIEZED MONEY NEEDS LAUNDERING AFTER 12 GRAND IS FOUND IN MAN'S ASS
Officials in Amarillo, Texas are taking legal steps to seize money found on a drug suspect after he was arrested for possessing marijuana. Officers found cash and mondy orders on Carlton Meredith after he was arrested and charged with smoking dope outside a downtown bus station. Meredith had been on a bus from St. Louis to California when he decided to take a break and light a marijuana "cigar" outside the bus station in Amarillo. After the arrest officers conducted a strip search at the police station and discovered $8050 rolled up in Meredith's buttocks alond with $4200 in postal money orders. That makes more than $12,000 in the man's ass. Officers also found $4090 in his socks and $1887.19 in one of his pockets.

CONCRETE EVIDENCE THAT MAN KILLED FRIEND
A Japanese man beat his friend to death, encased his body in concrete and moved it from place to place to avoid detection. Katsushi Jajima has been sentenced to seven years in prison for killing his friend Sueo Kitafuku and illegally disposing of the body, reports the Mainichi Daily News. Kitafuku, who owed some money to Jajima, was kidnapped and beaten by the other man in an attempt to get him to repay the money. But he died during the beating. Jajima, 27, of Osaka Prefecture, then encased his friend's body in concrete and hid it, before moving it to a warehouse.

POLICE OFFICER COPS A PEAK
A police officer in Japan has been charged with using a video camera to film up an 18-year-old schoolgirl's skirt. The 22-year-old is alleged to have put the camera in a rucksack so the lens poked out through and opening and pushed the bag under the girl's dress. The incident is said to have happened on a train in Shimonoseki, Yamaguchi Prefecture.

Would you like some dinner with that?

There is nothing wrong with being informed, or humored. Let those who wish to laugh be.
