information, information, information.

i've got very little to go on to look into your issue without information. DNAS version? DNAS links? DNAS error messages ? etc

have you looked at the DNAS's log output or even the DNAS's server admin summary page (admin.cgi?sid=0) ? as that will give more information on what the issue is and if i have to guess, it'll be a error code 77 i.e. there's not a valid cacert.pem in the same location as the sc_serv program file (based on that being the most common issue with updates so far).

the one the DNAS is creating. without knowing your exact setup, i don't know if it's called sc_serv.log or even if you can access the admin.cgi?sid=0 page as that has a clear link to look at the log contents. though based on your comment, i've got a feeling that you probably don't have such access and would need to consult your hosting provider.

I do have access, I just haven't had a change to familiarise myself with it yet. I'm using Centovacast though so it's a little different.

then you can probably use the Centova inteface as well to look at the log output. either way, without knowing the error that is being logged to the DNAS log, there's not much more i can suggest as to why you're not able to be listed.

I've tried to create an authhash a few times but none has been forthcoming. Where am I going wrong?

Hmm, so it's working all of a sudden. It seems not to like comas in the tags window. Is that right?

I was using a coma as a separator in the tags field, that's it. Also exceeding a certain number of characters seems to have the same effect too. Adding some kinds of error message might help here rather than having it appear to work.

exceeding size limits should not be possible as the input fields are meant to be setup to prevent exceeding the limits which i've just checked does work in the current browser versions.

i've just tried using "blah, blah, blah" in the keywords field (both on creation and update) and there were no errors reported (and there's nothing on the YP that would even be messing with the keywords filed in relation to such punctuation).

so i'd need to know more about the specific browser, the DNAS OS version and anything else needed to help to try to replicate and fix this. as neither of the issues can i currently replicate.
