Album ratings.
Hi.
How about counting (average) ratings for every album using albums track ratings? It would be nice extra data to see in one ML column. |

Ratings are the worst thing about media players.I suggest doing the opposite of this request.

but how could you not like highly subjective metadata (especially when stored in the file metadata) and all of the fun that it provides to everyone disagreeing with that rating?
note: i'm being sarcastic and would happily drop all rating support if i could... but sadly it's something people use and is a bit of a Marmite sort of functionality. plus you can generally disable the ratings column in all of the applicable library views so you don't have to see it. |

I'm one of those who set things up so that I never see a rating. Out of sight, out of mind.

I think ratings are good/must thing in Winamp.
I keep track about my favourite tracks with ratings... It's much better/easier way than keep many separate playlists about them. And with USB-UIRT and EventGhost, I don't even need to update those with mouse or keyboard shortcuts... I can do it with remote or Web UI. |
