Winamp Will Not Stop Crashing

Every time I try to play a song in winamp, any song, it would begin to play the song but also immediately crash. The timer on the song would stay at 00:00 while it plays.

Launching "Winamp (Safe Mode) also didn't fix the problem. I even uninstalled winamp and then reinstalled it and the problem has persisted.
I love this program so much that I have barely listened to music since it stopped working lmao. If anyone can help me find a resolution, I would be eternally in your winampian debt.

Is there anything else I can attempt to fix this problem?

i don't know as it doesn't seem like Winamp's crash reporter is able to run to be able to generate something that might give a reason for what is causing the crash. so other than trying to use a classic skin, I don't have any other suggestion.

have you tried moving your music to another location and rescanning it into the ML there?

have you tried reinstalling winamp?
