I'm scripting milkdrop presets for over 2 years now and this is my first post on this board.

i experimented a little with the the preset you mentioned and
i figured out, it was a mistake... but i like it too .

however i started again from zero and made 3 kind of similar ones.

heres a remix of one of em.. it just cought my eye..

oh and i'm not sure if yours do but mine use the beta1.05 version, per-pixel/color channel decay kicks ass..

Wow! I just checked out some of those presets here. Amazing stuff Flexi! All of them more or less unique too!

Here did something aesthetic with this. Also took out some redundant code, and added a min function to compensate for winamp's relative nature when sending values to milkdrop. I don't know if it's because I use an older version of winamp for milkdrop or what.... But when the volume drops out and comes back, or worse when it's low at the start of a track then has a sharp crescendo... The value for that one variable was going all the way up to 13 or so with this one track. Made it top out at like 2 so it doesn't rotate too fast.

Anyway I really like the self simular presets. Although I like the presets that stick to one or two major hue ranges more so then the 'everything but the kitchen sink color' presets. Good work.

Thanks! Meh, shapes are just what I know really super well in milkdrop. I just have a bunch of 'oldie but goodie' shape tricks up my sleeve.
