Your player isn't responsive for mobile devices. It has no hover effects, that dosen't create the feeling you can click on clickable objects. You images are blurry and scaled horrobile. In your code you are using a <table> and the deprecated <center>. You placed an css <link> in the body, which has a place in the document <head>, only!

Yes it can and is the same settings as mp3, mpeg.. I am pretty sure that shoutcast dnas 2 decodes this. I have tested the player using icecast and shoutcast aswell as straight up song library using a playlist. It works great and is stable in both instances.

Is what I meant is it still uses the same IP/port# so everything is done through your shoutcast server. If I stream HE-ACC+ it plays fine. I think that most html players will work with Acc+ I know the problem was with the flash players. I am not 100% about that though. So to answer your question yes our player does work with Acc+

Must be something new with DNAS 2 - because no browser can play HE-AAC audio only stream

how quaint, a "plug in"
How long do you think browsers are going to support "plugins"? "If you don't like DNAS, write your own damn system" So I did |

Keep in mind that, while large, our index doesn't cover the entire web. If you have a smaller or new site, it's possible we haven't crawled it yet. When we discover a new link, it’s added to our queue, but it can take 1-2 index updates before we actually crawl the page exchange rate pound to dollar in USA

wow!! that works in Firefox - is the HE-AAC?
just hand decoded it, it really is an ADTS stream in AAC-LC format - genuinely surprised that it works "If you don't like DNAS, write your own damn system" So I did |

right.. its sourced using ffmpeg. as mentioned before FF will play an aac LC stream. but not HE. i generally stick to LC since HE doesnt support bitrates higher than 64k.

Odd, ffserver doesn't seem to like "serving" HE-AAC in ADTS anyway

yes, but I was talking about ffserver - I did manage to get ffserver to serve he-aac (editing the source code for libavformat/adtsenc.c), and yes, chrome plays it, firefox does not

thats what i like about ff*... versatility =]
i developed a pretty sweet complex filter chain which basically converts any video to 'audio reactive'.. with the shoutcast based audio source, and anything ytdl or ff* can handle for a video source, then served as video livestream to my servers or fb or yt, twitch, etc... or all of the above. sometimes the effect is subtle, sometimes very prominent. dsfm.tv ive been thinking about posting it. maybe on github... |

I use the excellent AIO - Radio Station Player
You have a choice of embedded or popup players, and they are customisable and responsive. |
