Hot keys problem

Okay my Global Hot Keys have gone weird, it's just a big blank white space and when I try to add HotKeys it just stays that way.

sounds like the columns have been sized to zero width.

click in the list, then press Ctrl + Shift + Numeric Plus or move the mouse over the header until it shows a left-right sizer bar when you can then click and drag the column to have a width.
