Looking for a touchscreen-friendly skin

hey, I'm new to the forums but not new to winamp. I am installing a touchscreen netbook in my car as a media player/gps/backup camera system/night vision assist system. I want to use winamp for my media player, but I am looking for a skin that is touch-screen friendly. Like with big buttons and a big song info readout so it can be read at a glance and and I can control it easily without fumbling the controls.
Does anybody know of such a skin? I couldn't find one...

This one: Arby Fullscreen. It's the best touchscreen skin for Winamp that I know, very appropriate for a 7'' lcd.

I'd also suggest Komodo, but that doesn't have many skins available yet.

Bump - update: Komodo X Touchscreen (DeviantArt) is the skin I'm mantaining and updating to modern interface trends. It'll probably fit most needs for those on touchscreen devices (meaning, besides a touch-responsive playlist, big fonts and minimal controls).
On the works are a Lite (battery and "low-specs PC" friendly) and improved versions.

Yes, Komodo X Touchscreen has buttons for whatever you would do with a right-click.

Using a 2160 x 1440 resolution there are almost not pixles at 250%. Looks fine.
