In-App buying

If I buy both feature on my phone can I use them on my table too or have I to buy it again.

any feature you buy on one device will work on any device as long as it is signed into the same google account

thats not right because there are apps that take the device id for this and it is different on my table and there I have to buy again.

this is the reason why I ask how winamp do this and dont offer feature keys like the pro key for this problem.

from my experience it transfered each time
it took a few minutes to show up on the new device i had but it did transfer over
now all cases may not be the same
i can only go by what i saw

I ask because If I will buy me a new smartphone for example and the in buying is marked with my device id I will lost my money. So all stuff buying in the play store is better

for WAFA it's based on the account used for the purchase as rob said.
