Hello, i was wondering, for all you freestylers, if youd like to check out my site, this site is much different then any other freestyle site, much more user interaction...people are coming to view others lyrics, submit there own, vote on others. Here is the nice part...If you get 20 or more votes with an average of 3.5 in voting, you get to be in the battle, where you will go against 14 others to see who wins and is the champion lyricist, when you submit your lyrics, you enter a password, with your handle and email address, so that no1 can steal your handle, sort of like logging in...check it out..give me some feedback ... www.spitlyrics.com

I am not a freestyler, but as a music lover, I took a look at your site.

It is a great site. Very fast loading, easy to navigate, and easy on the eyes. You have done some excellent work.


I am being honest, the lyrics that have been submitted stink. I wish these people would take some of their talent and energy and make some decent raps. I love rap music, but I am sick of hearing about porno, drugs, street gangs, killing others, having sex, ect.....

Just my opinion.

Very true, but there are alternative rap subjects I've found.
Here in Oklahoma City we have a Christian station run by young people.
KOKF-fm plays everything from rock to alternative to dance to trance to hip-hop to rap,
all dealing with life, love, peace, spirituality, hope, faith, healing,
and so on. They also broadcast online.

They receive a hard time from the established FM stations here, who
can't seem to accept the fact that KOKFfm is steadily attracting all their listeners.

But they continue on with positive messages through all types of music.
Makes one proud to know there are young people
who aren't afraid to stand up for what they believe
and broadcast it over the air and across the internet.

It has everything to do with the previous posts hon. The whole discussion of this thread is rap music. We have a christian station here in Atlanta that I listen to sometimes. There is some great rap/hip hop christian music that I have downloaded off the internet also. It is very refreshing.

I love to dance, and when I am frustrated, or have something on my mind, I find myself releasing a lot of stress through dance. One time though, I got out of the shower, was dancing in my room, and realized that the sliding glass door off my bedroom was wide open. Talk about embarassing. I always double check now.

That is up to you, of course, but here is my opinion.

I like your site the way it is. It is simple, easy to use and not confusing.

If you spread your wings, and make it more diverse, try to keep the layout simple. I probably would not visit that part of your site, as I am a devoted member of songmeanings. I can usually find all the words I need there.

Here is an idea, why dont you email your members with this question. They would probably give you more than I did.

uhh, i'm not playin at concert, i'm gonna be in the audience. i tried to get into a band with some of my friends today, but realized that my Squier 15 would be obliterated by a stack of 4x12's. so its back to the drawing board for a band

i am a drum'n'bass MC, go under the name of MC dreamer. i am at intermediate level, i have done a few sets with minor DJ's at some underground clubs, and my feestyling techniques have improved vastly since i began. o don't prefer to feestyle though, i usually make about 10 pages of lines each set, learn them off by heart, then mix them up with lines i already knew. hey, you never know, soon i might make it big!

Yes, I did. He should. My opinion: Anyone that has more money than they need should donate. My son who gets 3.00 a week allowance donated to the Red Cross. I, who have to support 3 kids and myself, donated also. We, as a society, should help out others. The world would be a much better place.

Anyway, John, you are doing great on this site. I like your new rap you put up. I am keeping an eye out ~ You better make the finals, your good.
