Cannot Full Second Screen Windows 10

Hi,

The reason Winamp is still my best player is because this application can split the video windows and control window.

I use winamp for video conference. I use 2 screen, which 1st screen is for player control (play pause etc) and playlist.
And 2nd screen as share screen, the Winamp full screen is so clean because the control is separated from video window.

While I was using Windows 8.1 the 2nd screen easily set to Full Screen Format.
But after I use Window 10 the 2nd screen cannot be Full Screen Format.

Kindly help what should I do?
