How to configure a D-Link DSL504 to use Shoutcast?

I've now spent a week trying to get the damned thing to work and can't

The problem's with what IP addresses I use when port forwarding.

Any help would be highly appreciated as I've now almost given up.

You need to forward port 8000 to the LAN IP address of the PC with shoutcast. In router it is called Port Redirection. Here is a step-by-step for your model DSL504 If you have a DSL504G that is different setup.
