How to get listed in directory..?

Hi all,
I'm brand new to this, and am using SHOUTcast through the Virtual DJ broadcast tool
I'm just wondering what do I have to do to get my station listed on platforms such as TuneIn etc?
I have no idea about the technical side of all this, I'm just learning, so please be gentle lol

If you want your station on tunein , you need to ask them to list you.
They have a requestform on their website.

It appears TuneIn aren't accepting new stations at the minute...
