Tried everything, just not working...help me

Ok here is the problem, I have started my webradio and I can connect it to the internet and all but I still can only have my roommate (who is on the same network as me. He can access my DNAS review as well, but no one else can. We have frred all the ports and all, but no luck. Please give me some ideas to troubleshoot...

are you running windows xp?
search about the firewall

and post your dnas log, if nobody can connect there should be an error in there.

Yes i am running XP. Ive tried all the firewall crap and its still not working. Ill post my error in a second
