5.3 unicode filename and title support bug

First, I really do not understand by supporting unicode filename and title since 5.3 when Winamp already supported unicode before 5.3
Can someone tell me what has changed with the unicode support?

After 5.3 winamp is not able to load up(enqueue) some of the files with international filename which worked perfectly fine before 5.3
And sorting the playlist by filename(or title) does not work properly which worked fine before 5.3

Personally, I think something got screwed up after supporting unicode

Attached file is a screenshot of a playlist ran on Winamp 5.3
Top one sorted by title, bottom one sorted by filename

Winamp < 5.3 doesn't support unicode (there were some hacks in old plug-ins before, but no real unicode support).

Cannot reproduce your problem with the files which don't play, is it possible to upload one example file to e.g. stashbox.org or sendspace.com?
