Running Installation twice messes up install

I have a VB program I wrote which uses the VB Installation macros available in the contribution area.

The installation works great, but when a user runs the installation a second time, the VB DLL's are not registered and the program does not run properly.

Has anybody else had a similiar problem and or solution?
