Can't find sc_serv.ini file

I think I've installed everything for SHOUTcast, or at least I know I downloaded all the stuff that was on the download page. I'm running Windows Vista. What folder could I find the ini file in?
Although I just realized that after downloading the DNA thing, when I run the executable file for it, nothing comes up.
