Sort playlist by date/time of file

I often import files that have time relation to each other, such as a live seminar that has been edited into sections.

I have the files time sorted in the OS, but when I use File>Add to Media Library, the sort order is lost.

It becomes tedious to sort the list to correct running order. How about a SORT by TIME feature in the playlist editor? That already exists in the OS files system (there are other tedious ways to get them organized in a time correct playlist in Winamp). This one feature, however, would really help my daily use of Winamp.

TIA- Jeff

go to the media library > local media. on the right hand side right click the column header (where artist, album year etc are) > click 'customise columns' > on the hidden columns section click on 'File Time' click add. (you can move it up or down the order depending on where you want it displayed). now click the column header to sort according to file time in either ascending or descending order.
now you can select the files and make a playlist or directly enqueue the files.
