WinAmp won't detect ipod

Hi, i just installed winamp and am totally new to it, and previously used itunes and i have a couple questions.

1- Winamp will not detect my ipod touch. I tried searching around similar issues and none of the solutions worked. M ipod does not have it's own driver, nor can i make it have a driver by taking a SS on it. I am running windows 7 ultimate.

2. I was able to import my itunes library to winamp, but cannot seem to import my playlists. Is there anyway to do this?

3. When i am able to get winamp to detect my ipod, am i able to update my iOS/move around apps etc with winamp?
