web page in playlist window

I've searched the various posts about this and they all seem to be about SHOUTcast.

I have an audio stream and a dynamic page which shows the now playing, etc. Media Player used to show this until Microsoft upgraded the player and took this functionality out in version 8. The page displays but it doesn't update. Now it's version 11 and they still haven't put it back in so I'm looking for some other player.

The listen live link on the web site opens an asx file which has both the audio stream and the now playing html page in it. The command that used to work in Media Player is

<PARAM name="HTMLView" value="http://www.ciay.ca/Playlist.htm"/>

Is there a way to make this work in WinAmp, or is there some other command I can add to the asx file for it to display in WinAmp?

Nope. You cannot force Winamp to display a webpage.

Ok, thanks. I'll keep looking for an alternate player then.

I think the Bento skin has a 'Display stream homepage' or similar option, if that's what you are looking for.
