Using WinAmp at unattended radio station

Quick background - WinAmp is being used at a Community Radio station to run Prerecorded programming playlists. The programming is set each morning for a 24 hour period and left unattended and not monitored. Situations often occur that causes the schedule to get off the intended schedule.

I am looking for a solution that will invoke a alert/notification process (text, email, etc), that will let radio station support personnel know when the programming gets off schedule so a correction can be made. Is there any WinAmp or 3rd party tools that can address this situation and provide a solution? Any other recommendations/solutions out there? Thank you

This is not the type of recommendation I am looking for. Anyone out there facing a similar situation or issue? If so, please share your solution?

What does that mean?
Define specific situations.
Describe the details that would cause a human to recognize "off the intended schedule".
Maybe some unattended software can do the same. Maybe not.

Windows 10 Home, 64 bit, Winamp 5.666, Bento Skin
