Plugin or help - Syncing via Midi Timecode

I am trying to control a lighting display from Winamp. (ie program a chase that matches each song exactly)

I have a DMX dongle and am trying to link the lighting software up to be able to control it via midi timecode or something similar.

I have found a number of plugins that control winamp by midi comands, what i want is the oposite: I want wimamp to send midi timecode or commands as the song plays.

Is there already a way of doing this? Can anyone program a plugin that will solve my problem... (If it could send a sequence of DMX commands via a dongle that would be the coolest..)

Not sure this is what you want but you can use Lightfactory, http://lifact.com. It will listen to Winamps timecode while playing audio or video and send out DMX signals when the time comes.
