Any chance someone can post the entire WORKING code here for use? Ruffdawg's site is down for construction and none of the links for his code are working.

I do so love the code tags on the forums...

Thanks!

You are not permitted to modify the DNAS shoutcast page.

Do you have an OS that supports PHP on your own PC? If not, then you can't host the signature script on your own PC. You need to find a web host that does, if you want to use the script in this thread.

When the red box appeared for me I had both PHP and GD installed on the server, but PHP wasn't compiled for use with GD. I removed it and reinstalled from the ports collection and selected GD support during the install and it worked fine. I had also made the change to the php.ini file but that didn't help.

Hm, nm well I figured out GD Library is enabled. But I still get a box. How do you link php file? You use it in an <img src=""> tag right?

Ehh, sorry to bother you all again, but another problem. When I don't have the Shoutcast DNAS open, the script doesn't work. How can I make the script work to say that my server isn't online? The other script shows my server to be offline when I don't have DNAS open.

You'll need to edit a few lines in the file near the top so it knows what IP and port your server is on. Other than that (and knowign freepgs supports PHP and GD), you should be good to go. You may also need to adjust a few things for the text layout positions but don't worry about that until you get it initially working.

Make sure PHP has GD support enabled. If it's a Linux server PHP has to be compiled with GD support as well as being enabled in the PHP configuration file. I had this same problem and everything looked good - GD was installed but once I uninstalled and reinstalled PHP it asked me if I wanted GD support, selected yes and it's worked since. Sad it took me two months to figure that out though...
