help with plugin

i installed the enhancer 017 before no problems, but after a fresh reinstall of windows i get this error

"Couldn't open the file C:\Program Files(x86)\Winamp\\Plugins\dps.enh.dll" for writing.

Hit "Abort" to cancel installation, and cetera

any one have a clue?
my winamp is latest 5.6666

Help with plugin

You might try right clicking Enhancer.exe and run as admin. Worked for me.

Do you have the version with the wrapper for Win7 ?

Mashups ? Smells like a lot of "Fishy Business" to me.

The run as admin trick usually works. Its bc newer windows blocks writing to some dirs, and the plugin predates them.

Which was the reason I started installing Winamp in it's own directory (C:\Winamp), not under the Program Folders tree.
