Skinning generic windows (PL, ML, etc.)

Here is a simplified frame directory with notes added to the xml files to help new skinners. Feel free to use its content as you wish.

Versions 0.3: fixed default button metrics

Fixed studio-buttons.png and study-autopositioned-elements.xml in both study-frame and study-buttons.

At last! A nice, simple example of how to skin the PlayList. I've spent ages trying to work out how this is done using other peoples skins - getting very confused and nowhere! Thank you!

I should have posted the latest incarnation of the study frame here. The Study Skin attached below is also available at WinCustomize and DeviantArt.

Its default pledit.xml shows how to skin the playlist editor with custom buttons, while the alternative pledit-oldstyle.xml falls back to the generic button.
