Quick Skin Making

Im looking for a quick and dirty way to make a skin out of a jpg. Anyone reccomend any programs to do it with?

[wish] there are no programs which do such a task [/wish], okay, so there is skinner.exe and skinmaster, just use google to find them, but please , i beg you, dont just run a jpg though the program and publish it, its so annouying when people do that

, sure, use the skinning program to cut up the image, but open the zip file and edit everything so it isnt a skinner.exe skin

I don't plan on doing it to publish anything. My girlfriend simply wanted a picture for her winamp skin and due to various computer problems I can't make her a proper one, but I wanted a way for her to just make it herself. If I were going to publish something I would have the decency to actually work at it and make it something I'm proud of.

Yeah its too bad the majority of the people think that if they can get their picture on to winamp then they think they have actually made a program
