I have a PIII 933 with 256mb RAM and Windows 2000 installed.

Each time I have IE, Photoshop and Winamp loaded, IE connections are lost and Winamp stops responding.

If either program is not loaded, everything works fine. Any real solution?

If your Win2k is a network installation, you can probably eliminate Photoshop as a possible cause by downloading Adobe's patch for version 6.0, which among other things addresses a bug which intermittently disconnects a user's computer from the network when using PS6.

well...i have w2k, ie 5.5, winamp 3, winamp 2.74, photoshop 6.01, outlook express, nextstart, windowblinds, beatnik and I'm posting this message listening to winamp.

Perhaps check for any plugins you have for winamp? For some reason the Pilot plug-in crashes winamp in w2k a lot.

Oh, I have a broadband connection so it may be harder to disconnect me.

Good luck.
