Is AAC SBR+PS possible?

Hi,

I need to be able to stream AAC to all browsers, preferably via an HTML5 player.

But one issue I'm currently having is the inability for the stream to work on an Android (4.+) Chrome browser.

Testing and research with various files and urls I've found have concluded that the AAC stream needs the "SBR+PS" AAC extension. (This property shows up in VLC in the Media Info/Codes window when connected to the stream)


Is there any way to use this AAC extension with ShoutCast?
