Firewall.

Either a windows-based firewall, internet security software, or a router.

Did it used to work? You didn't say in your post. If it used to work, maybe your PC has a new Private IP so your router port-forwarding settings are broken.

yes it did work before and it just stop how can i look up my new ip address at just wondering

You can use http://utrace.de and press English and it will show your IP. If you do not have a static IP you may need to use something like noip.org (I think) as it makes a static IP for people who have a dynamic IP or just pay for a Shoutcast host. I saw 127.0.0.1 so I assume your using your own computer running the Shoutcast DNAS software am I right?

this is really pissing me off

if the issue is still happening then for some reason the 'test' the YP does is being blocked or not responding in a reasonable time. as the DNAS summary page can be accessed it could point at something else messing around with things, though what i'm not too sure at the moment since it all looks like it should be working ok.
