I tried a few links and NSV seems to be down for me, can someone link it for me plz.

The host of the NSV software (Nullsoft.com) was taken down by the powers that be.
The NSV software has not been updated since 2004.

You can find the orginal webpage and software - listed on Internet Archive.

the host died and was not replaced - it was not a direct take down (just to clarify). it probably would have been up still if that had not happened.
