To get always the playlist editor window open

Well, this is a silly thing, but it starts to bother me...
Listen, I'm broadcasting through the net, the problem is that since I got the DSP plugin (doesnt matter... a plugin) everytime I open winamp there is not the playlist editor window, and i have to open it (right click... well u know) my question is. Why it doesnt appear since the beginning as it did before? How can I make it?

In your winamp directory and open winamp.ini (be careful). Under the first topic [Winamp] and look for pe_open=0 or pe_open=1. Makse sure it is set to one and hit save. That might work.
