Most of The Promos I Have On My Station Are Only Playing 29 Second Music Files That I Did Not Upload This Is The Second Time This Has Happened.

You use SHOUTcast for Business, right?

Have you ever generated everything anew, so that it was possibly due to a generation error?
Otherwise, wait for the Radionomy moderator, who will be able to help you better.

I think the constraints are wrong
In the planner, click on generated and read the logfile.
You read there what goes wrong.
