Wifi Problem
I have router, and SHOUTcast server on Laptop which is connected to wifi.
When my server is running, after every one hour I get a exclamation point on the Network button, and I go to Troubleshoot Problems and i get this "wifi adapter doesn't have a valid ip configuration". How to fix this problem? Please help. Thank you. |

you're probably trying to bind an ip with the server
you can't do that with the default wifi configuration |

bind the server to 127.0.0.1 and not to your internal or external ip
that should do the trick |

You know this is a shoutcast support forum, not a "I have no idea how to set up my wifi" forum ... right ... the problem, as you describe it, suggests your wifi connection is unstable
nothing at all to do with DNAS so, I suggest you find a forum more suited to the problem, as all you'll get from here is either bad advice, or deliberate misinformation just to play with your head. "If you don't like DNAS, write your own damn system" So I did |
