Client Connection from Nicecast denied

We have been running Shoutcast via Centovacast 3.2.9 without incident until last night when the server running SC crashed. Since the restart of the server we cannot connect and restart our stream, the error message in the admin is this:

ERROR [DST 68.186.197.5:3793 sid=1] SHOUTcast 1 client connection rejected. Stream not available as there is no source connected. Agent: `MPlayer/1.0rc3-4.2.4'

Does anyone know what the cause is and how we can fix it? Our ISP is working the issue and they are stumped.
