my friends say him can't hear anything but I've tested with radiotoolbox.com > test pass

your friend is trying to connect with the WMP
could it be you are streaming in AAC+?

a bit more info would be nice to give you a better answer.
what bitrate you use, what connection does your friend have etc.

I stream at 64kbps with mp3 format and my friends use WMP to listen
my Internet connection is DSL

what does your friend use as a listen link?
and could you provide us with just your ip and port?
